Quality of item is more not real metal
The pendants hanging from chains did not match description this did not meet expectations and I’m disappointed because I needed it to wear to an event.

The seller is honestly so quick to respond and so sweet. They did their best to work with me when I ran into an issue that was not their fault at all but they did their best and helped me out. The item is gorgeous, so well crafted. I’m also a person that’s allergic to nickel and anything that isn’t gold or silver but this did not cause my skin any irritation. It is beautiful, genuinely. And so many people complimented it when I wore it. I cannot endorse this seller and their items enough!

This is a stunning piece of artistic jewellery. It is so well crafted and just beautifully elegant. I had a unique issue as it didn’t fit my nose (an issue that the seller never had with anyone else). I contacted the seller and they have been so wonderful in resolving my issue. The item arrived in a timely manner, and is very nice quality. It ended up not being quite the right color for what I wanted but it is very pretty nonetheless. The chain portion was a little shorter than I expected, so it doesn’t dangle/show as much behind my ear as I was hoping, but it definitely still looks nice. I think looking at the picture with the chain pinned to a wig head gave the illusion that the chain would be longer, I didn’t think to account for the size of actual ears haha. It was fairly easy to adjust the nose bridge portion to fit my face though.
I bought this for a costume and I've got a wide face, but it works so well! I've gotten some nice compliments for it!
